Our Dinosaur Alive Experience

Last week, while passing by Zoofari, I saw a tarpaulin about the Dinosaur Alive event at the Matina Town Square.  I was very curious about it since I knew Caleb and Calix would love to view the exhibit.  I wasn't able to read it in the local newspapers (or maybe I haven't been reading newspapers lately) so I scoured the internet for information.

The cost was a bit steep, tickets are priced at Php250 per head, regardless if your bringing an infant or a toddler.  The good thing though is that if you purchase 5 tickets (family entrance), you only pay Php1000.  That's a Php250 discount!  The exhibit runs from April 20-29 at the Matina Town Square from 10am until 12mn.

The kids enjoyed the experience (I suggest you go and visit at night since the light effects can be better appreciated).  The dinosaurs were roaring and their bodies were moving (I believe they had 10 dinos in the exhibit area).  The kids were of course first scared but after explaining to them that they were not really real, they eventually ran around the exhibit area.  If you ask me, the Php250 is a bit steep considering that there wasn't really much to see.  But then again, the kids enjoyed it so I guess it counts.

Below are some of our pictures.  Enjoy!

Viewing the Triceratops!
It's the Triceratops again.
Another dino.  Forgot the name.  Sorry.
