Mac All About Orange Collection

If you've been reading my blog, you would have read my blog post on make-up.  But in case you have not, you can click this.  I try to mix and match local products with imported ones, but I honestly find the imported ones better.  Most of what I use I order from the internet, from Digital Traincase and from Carefreeshopper. I get my MAC lipsticks from instagram user shopfromtheusa.

So when MAC released its Haley Williams collections, I ordered the lipstick- Sounds Like Noise.  I was hesitant at first since it looked so orange to me, but I kinda like the fact that it's limited edition and that it looked kinda nice.  When I received the package, I fell in love with the color.  It was so orange!  Take a look and tell me if you love it too.

So when MAC announced it's All About Orange Collection, I couldn't help but drool.  I love everything about the collection.  The color ranges from light orange to neon orange.  Super drool!

In the end, despite having Sounds Like Noise on my bucket, I ended up ordering Tangerine and Flamingo.  I like the fierceness of Tangerine and the softness of Flamingo.  Just perfect!

When I was younger, I vowed never to spank my kids nor to subject them to any physical punishment.  I just didn't think it would work.  I would see my friends being physically subjected to violence and I saw how they eventually rebelled against their parents. We're Almost 4!

Wow! I can't believe I last wrote on my blog on January 14.  It's been like more than 15 days since I last wrote.  So much for a blog a day, right? But I have been too busy lately with work (sigh) and this makes me terribly guilty of sometimes neglecting the twins. The twins' birthday are coming up.  We decided last year that we would just have a mini-party at home, a quiet family affair.  However, at the early part of this year, I had a change of heart.  Kids only celebrate their parties while they're young right? So this year, we're planning a  mini-party either at McDonalds ( At another branch, not the one at Abreeza.  If you've been following me, you'll know why .) or Jollibee with their friends and playmates.  Less adults, more kids.  That's what we're planning to do this year, invite kids (and of course, the adults that will accompany the kids.) Little Kitchen Helper

I would like my kids to love cooking in the same way that they love eating.  I guess I want to instill in them the value of appreciating food- from the preparation stage down to when the food is about to be eaten.  So from time to time, I allow my kids to help me out in the kitchen.  Sometimes they whisk the eggs when we make pancakes, other times they help me mix my cup cake mix (they like this because they love tasting the uncooked mixture!), sometimes they add the salt, just about anything that they can do at their age.
